Great to work with the salesperson Josh who sold the Jeep to me, this was my second time buying from him, he is laid back and great to work with, not aggressive like some sales people tend to be. Beware of to me, this was my second time buying from him, he is laid back and great to work with, not aggressive like some sales people tend to be. Beware of the finance stage of the sale, with the finance people, they put too much pressure on the extended / extra warranty. Was not happy about that or the last time I was there. Very aggressive. We purchased several cars and trucks from Whitten We have purchased cars and trucks over past 10 plus years from Whitten Bros. both the Midlothian and Ashland Dealers. We have never been disappointed We have purchased cars and trucks over past 10 plus years from Whitten Bros. both the Midlothian and Ashland Dealers. We have never been disappointed with of the people or services. They have always been more than helpful. Last year our grand daughter was looking for her fist car, she had never been involved with any aspect of purchasing a car let alone a new one. The paperwork, We take her to Whitten Midlothian and Bruce Anderson was her sale person. He walked her thru the whole process explaining what she needed to know about how to determine what she wanted/needed to select the walk around when she took delivery of her new Jeep. Bob Darling was the Finance person and he to took the time to explain to her all the details of the financing and paperwork involved. My wife and I bought a new Ram 3500 a couple of months later and we had nothing but great service whether sales or service department. More

Great experience buying at Whitten Brothers I visited the web site and was able to find a vehicle and every detail about it. It was super easy to navigate through. The first person I talked to on the phone was extremely pleasant, her name was Ryan, so I set up an appointment. Josh Turner greeted us at the door and walked us through the buying process with a smile. He was professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole transaction.
