They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and they were able to find the perfect vehicle for me. They were also very transparent about the pricing and the leasing process, which made it easy to make informed decisions. Josh (sales Manager), Brian & Hans (Finance Managers) were equally impressive. Royal Moore Subaru was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Our salesperson Lily was the best. She was not only knowledgeable about the car but was patient and kind. She made sure we had a qui have ever had. Our salesperson Lily was the best. She was not only knowledgeable about the car but was patient and kind. She made sure we had a quick no hassel experience and knew we had dogs at home that needed to go out so kept the entire sales crew on task. The manager was also so kind and found our desired color at another dealer and had our transferred over so quickly and fully detailed before we drive away. They also have this great plan where you come back after you haven driven a week or so and am expert will go over any questions you have about your card features. That is a genius idea in my book. Thanks Royal Moore for a great experience! More
