Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with prestigious brands such as BMW and Mercedes-Benz, and I have been with Audi since June 2022. Born and raised in Lakeland, I take great pride in my roots, and my family's heritage from India has instilled in me a strong work ethic and a passion for connecting with people. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, playing basketball, and discussing the latest in sports. I had an outstanding experience with Audi Lakeland. Josh and the Sales Manager went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. They helped me choose the best car option for my daughter, best price, and they made a surprise possible by arranging same-day delivery, all handled remotely, with electronic documents and signatures. Everything was completed in one day, at a distance, with zero complications. The process was fast, efficient, and exceptionally professional. I have patroned Audi Lakeland for my automobile needs for at least 3-4 years now. I intentionally bypass other locations specifically because I know that I can trust this team. They diagnosis the problem and at least 3-4 years now. I intentionally bypass other locations specifically because I know that I can trust this team. They diagnosis the problem and give accurate and truthful pricing, while considering ways to keep costs reasonable. I am confident that I will continue to take my vehicle for the care and attention to detail and for the friendly atmosphere. I will continue looking for Gary in parts. He looks out for his customers and remembers his past customers. Associate, Josh is intelligent and a breath of fresh air. I believe he is open and honest in his approach, he is easy to talk to and he's personable. Josh thank you for taking care of my automobile needs today. I feel that I made a friend. Finally, Kyle is so energetic, and he listened to my financing questions. He is direct and to the point and he understands that the customer needs to know that their investment pricing is fair and accurate. He is also very personable, and funny. I enjoyed getting to know Kyle. The outcome of my visit today was positive, satisfying and worth my time. It's good to know that Audi Lakeland's team are not just people who want to sell the customers a car, but I senced that they wantedto create a positive experience for their customer. This experience was hands down the best one we have ever had purchasing a car. We experienced three of the nicest and most professional young men ever. Josh, our salesman, was just the best. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in every way. Josh never made us feel pressured or rushed in the least. Zane also helped us, and again, was so helpful and pleasant. And again, no pressure. When we finished up we saw Kyle, the Finance Manager. We expected to be there for a long time but Kyle was very efficient and knowledgeable as well.
