Supportive through a difficult time to order a Telluride Josh R. at Destination Kia was second to none in the buying process for a new Telluride. I had met Josh in May 2019 after stopping in to the dealershi Josh R. at Destination Kia was second to none in the buying process for a new Telluride. I had met Josh in May 2019 after stopping in to the dealership about purchasing a 2020 Telluride. Since I arrived pre-approved and intent on trim, packages, and pricing, the process moved smoothly. We negotiated for an hour or so based on what I was looking for, and Josh made every effort to see to it that I’d get the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately, timing wasn’t in our favor. Because of the high demand and increasing popularity of the Telluride this year, neither of us anticipated the lengthy, frustrating process ahead in getting my new car. Thankfully, Josh had built and placed an order to the factory for the exact vehicle I wanted. This proved to be imperative to getting my car, as other vehicles in the entire Northeast region were quickly sold and there was not a single Telluride with my specifications that wasn’t spoken for. Unbeknownst to us, the wait time to delivery of my vehicle would be shorty over 4 months. During the time of order, the best info he had been given was that vehicles built wells be delivered in 5-6 weeks. The wait was incredibly frustrating as Kia did little to provide timely, updated information to the dealership as to the ETA of my vehicle. Thankfully, Josh was incredibly communicative throughout the whole waiting period, sometimes even contacting me multiple times per week whenever he received an update or to discuss other potential options to get me a car sooner. Once the vehicle arrived in September, Josh worked diligently with his manager and the regional manager to get me the offers back that I agreed upon during the original order time in May. Unfortunately Kia had changed incentives or removed them from the Telluride. Even so, Josh and I were able to come to an agreement on pricing and incentives, and I feel I have gotten the best possible deal on my new Telluride, which so many dealerships around the country are marking up significantly. I would recommend Josh one hundred times over, not because we could make a deal, but because he had never pressured me into anything I didn’t want, went out of his way to get the exact vehicle ordered for me, and was more than supportive and communicative throughout the somewhat unbelievable waiting period to delivery. Josh truly stands out at Destination Kia for his hard work seeing to it that I became a satisfied Kia Telluride owner during a challenging time to purchase one. More
