Fucillo lost our sale because they said we have no body to a This was a sight unseen purchase but staff was very friendly and answered all questions. Fucillo lost our sale because they said we have no body to answer questions for a half an hour, so, they were not getting a sale no matter what. We picked up my new Telluride and i was assured it had been sanitized which was important cause my daughter with crohns would be riding in the vehicle. The process to sign papers was well thought out. I, myself, went in and there was a very long table with hand sanitizers and cleansers. I was directed to take a pen from box and keep it when i left. The only 2 things that were a problem were they didn't know where my second set of keys were and had to find them or make make me a new set, and second thing was not being able to get a tour of my new vehicle but because of the times it wasn't feasible. Nice friendly people. More

Josh has the patients of a saint! Went to Destination Kia to inquire about turning in my 2017 Sportage lease. Josh advised me of the steps needed to get this done. While there, I wante Went to Destination Kia to inquire about turning in my 2017 Sportage lease. Josh advised me of the steps needed to get this done. While there, I wanted to look at leasing a 2020 Sportage of the same model and package as my 2017 Sportage. Josh could not get me where I needed to be within my budget as he tried very hard to do so. My wife and I were about to leave, and I thought do I really need a SUV. I approached Josh about leasing a sedan and he said that would a lot cheaper. My wife and I looked at a Optima SE (in passion red) and were very much surprised by all the features it had. Plus it was very roomy, comfortable and sharp looking. On TOP of that Josh was able to get us well within my budget. We went home to think about which way we should go with this. I called Josh the next day and set up an appointment to lease this vehicle. When my wife and I got there Josh referred us to Tim in finance who guided me in filling out the paper work. My wife and I want to thank the team at Destination Kia, (Especially to Josh and Tim) who made the purchase of this great looking vehicle possible! More
