Josh, my salesperson, was incredibly prompt, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process prior to my arrival. He communicated openly via email, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle out of state. What I appreciated most was his honesty — if he didn’t immediately know an answer, he took the initiative to seek guidance and get accurate information for me. Troy in finance was equally great to work with. Since I came prepared without financing, I had several questions and concerns regarding the out-of-state purchasing process from Virginia. Although every state process is different, Troy was patient, accommodating, and able to quickly acclimate to what was needed to make everything seamless.
