I worked with Joshua Rambow who I found to be professional, patient and helpful. I had found a CPO A3 online at Walters Audi and drove from out of town to check it out - Joshua was waiting for me professional, patient and helpful. I had found a CPO A3 online at Walters Audi and drove from out of town to check it out - Joshua was waiting for me at the time of our appointment and gave me the time to assess the car being helpful but not obtrusive or pushy which I really appreciated. He worked with me through one little surprise/hiccup in the 'deal' and ultimately I drove away happy in my lovely pre-owned but nearly-new A3. A good and painless car buying experience.
