To buy a car wonderful and the service Manger Marcus Rexford excellent. Service Mechanics just a joke. 9 months to figure out a problem and still not fixed. ALSO LIED TO . PART supposedly replaced and Rexford excellent. Service Mechanics just a joke. 9 months to figure out a problem and still not fixed. ALSO LIED TO . PART supposedly replaced and it was not. I waited to write a review so I could comment on the entire Kia experience. I leased 45 days ago and had an amazing experience! David Lee was outstanding as well as Ken Vink and Jonny O. I was treated f entire Kia experience. I leased 45 days ago and had an amazing experience! David Lee was outstanding as well as Ken Vink and Jonny O. I was treated fairly and kindly. The entire process was seamless. I love the new Forte also. I set up auto pay in minutes. Great experience. More
