Very glad Mr Josh Lundy patiently let me experience different classes of vehicles within my parameters, tried to discern my requirements (expressed or otherwise) and helped me narrow down my car to my final choice. Great Buying Experience - Not Like the Old Days! Joshua was very patient working with us, as this was our first hybrid purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable and really helped us see that this was Joshua was very patient working with us, as this was our first hybrid purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable and really helped us see that this was a good choice for our needs. We didn't feel any pressure throughout the process and after two weeks have no regrets whatsoever about the car, dealership or our salesperson. We drive our cars 10-20 years, so getting this right is critical for us and would go right back to Joshua when we need to do this again. The shocker was,after the sale was done, he still took time advising me on steps to take with maintenance, service and a few other functions of the vehicle. Bear in mind i live in another State, and might never return to that dealership. Outstanding experience. He didn't meet standards, he exceeded standards. More

Our salesman Joshua Lundy was patient with us as we worked through and compared the options on the various models. He was knowledgeable about the car and how it handled and drove, and gave us tips on getting the best performance from the car. When we picked up the car, he took us through the technical setups associated with the navigation system and linking our cell phones with the car. It has been a pleasure to deal with Koons. More

Josh recognized me from our interactions in the service department and very patiently walked me through the models and features of each. With his experiences in both service and sales his knowledge about the vehicles is surely unsurpassed. While I didn't drive away in a new or newsed vehicle yesterday I learned a lot and have narrowed down what I will certainly buy - and who I will buy it from. Josh has deep product knowledge coupled with an ability to rapidly develop rapport and trust. Any customer will be in good hands working with Josh. All better now After our 2008 Toyota Scion was towed into Koons, Joshua Benson-Lundy in servicer made sure that I was up to date as to what was wrong, what was neede After our 2008 Toyota Scion was towed into Koons, Joshua Benson-Lundy in servicer made sure that I was up to date as to what was wrong, what was needed to be done, when the parts were in, and how much all this was. He even called us at 9:15 in the evening to let us know that the car needed a new alternator and it would have to be ordered. I thank him for his attention. Great job! More
