Welcomed quickly but took 19 minutes for front desk to check us in. Was told should be about 90 minutes to do recall service and 90 minutes later received video via text that vehicle was done. 20 minute check us in. Was told should be about 90 minutes to do recall service and 90 minutes later received video via text that vehicle was done. 20 minutes later car was out front and asked for keys was told by front desk he would come get me. Another 30 minutes and I asked again and front desk was bothered that I asked again. Bottom line … I had to wait for my keys for an additional 90 minutes after my car was done and parked out front More
