Josh grew up in Lindale, TX. In 2007, he graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Health Promotion and Management. It was there he met his wife Alli, a Prattville native. Josh’s family just moved back to Prattville after spending 8 years in Colorado Springs, CO. They have been married for eighteen years and have five kids, Noble, Hope, Blaise, Wake and Zion. They love living in Prattville and being closer to family.

I decided to shop here based on the many positive things I had heard. Unfortunately, after my experience, I do not see myself ever returning. To start, I want to highlight the exceptional service I recei I had heard. Unfortunately, after my experience, I do not see myself ever returning. To start, I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from my salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful during both of my visits—truly a 10/10. However, my experience with the sales manager was the complete opposite. As a single mom, I brought my stepdad along to help with the process. After about 10–15 minutes of discussing the vehicle and price the sales manager entered and told us that if we planned to spend the day going back and forth on price, he would need to ask us to leave, as there were other customers on the lot. Looking back we should had left then. Soon after, we thought we had agreed on a price and proceeded to trade keys and remove the tag from my trade-in vehicle. However, while signing paperwork in the finance office, we noticed the sale price was the same as the original sticker price. When we raised this concern, the sales manager returned, visibly frustrated. He stated that was the deal we made and that price also included my 7k trade in value. He aggressively dismissed our concerns, degraded us for believing he would lower the price by our understood amount and told us to leave. As we were leaving, the sales manager made several inappropriate comments toward my step dad. As my step dad was limping out the door with his back toward the manager, he remarked, “The fact you’d put your daughter through this is just sick.” I question the character of a man who chooses to make continued verbal jabs in front of a crying woman and a disabled veteran nearly twice his age. Regardless of any “miscommunication,” this behavior is neither professional nor an acceptable way to treat others—especially individuals prepared to spend nearly half a year’s salary purchasing a vehicle from your business. This experience was deeply upsetting, especially given how promising it started. I went from thinking I’d never shop anywhere else to wishing I had never stepped foot on this lot. While the salesman provided unmatched service, the behavior and unprofessionalism of management were the worst I have ever encountered. The situation escalated to the point where I left the dealership in tears and completely distraught. More
