I e-mailed them for an appointment to see and received a prompt response. Went in the next day and met with Jeremy who showed us the car, He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. We went on a test drive and then he left us with the car, checking back occasionally to answer any questions we might have. We also met with Wesley who gave us a thorough run down on the car. I do recommend that IAutohaus works with the service contract company REDShield and work out all the issues they seem to face. Unable to reach customer service, very long approval times and rental car is not covered until the repairs have been approved. I ended up paying for a rental car for an entire week before they approved the work (however IAutohaus did cover for my deductible, thank you.) The warrenty/ extended service contract should be a seamless process. Thank you for working on getting this resolved. More
