My initial visit here was pleasant . However 3 different times I have bought my car back due to something being wrong with it . Each time they told me the car was okay . The very last time I had to get my car towed to the shop because a message came up saying “ engine malfunction reduce power “. Once getting my car towed they looked at it 2 days later and stated nothing is wrong . They can’t recreate the problem . The general manager then stated he would switch me into something else . Which of course means they know something is wrong with the car . He got me approved for a 2024 Altima , however my car payment was going to go up an extra $200. This place is such a rip off & just trying to sale to everyone who falls for their crap . Make sure if you go here you take a mechanic with you . I will never go back again , and will not recommend anyone . More

We have leased 4 Nissans in a row, not one missed payment, all of them, and you would think after that, we wouldn't have to go through the sales shell game. Then I write down $1,200 down $450/month, and you say if we can sign right then you would pretty much do it. How would you feel about that if you were in the same position as us?We'll then. Maybe you can do better. Can you get my wife into that 24 loaded AWD SL in that champagne color We pay the tag / title fees and sales tax on only the 36-month use of the vehicle. And $389 per month, 15,000 miles per year? All by phone and electronically signed papers for vehicle pickup ASAP? Thank you More

Even though Josh Headen responded to all my questions the responses were not overly satisfactory in my opinion. NOW since they have not paid the Nissan Rogue off that I traded in a month ago, I had a paymen responses were not overly satisfactory in my opinion. NOW since they have not paid the Nissan Rogue off that I traded in a month ago, I had a payment for a vehicle I no longer own come out of my bank account. No one said this was a possibility. I called and spoke to Richard Broadway in Finance on 11/24 and he said they had just received the title and would have sent the check out to pay off the Rogue. After all is said and done the Corporate office would have to repay me the amount drafted out of my bank account. I asked if this could take up to a month and he said he hoped not, but he could not say yes or no. So I am paying for a vehicle I don't have and have not had since 10/28/23. I don't know about you but I need my money. Those funds were earmarked for bills, not an erroneous Nissan vehicle payment, especially this time of year. I feel like all I do is get the run around and appeased enough to keep me quiet. Not happy. More

Awesome purchase experience! No pressure whatsoever. The whole team at Hall Nissan went out of their way to get the exact pathfinder we wanted. I cannot thank them enough. I No pressure whatsoever. It was not available locally. The Hall Nissan team, starting with Dolphus, went out of their way to locate the exact one we wanted. Someone called it a unicorn. :) Thanks to Joel in Finance for the pleasant experience as well. More

Bought out my lease and the finance manager “completed” the processing paperwork however a month has gone by and the DMV has received nothing and my bank has yet to get the title. 7/20/21 bought a 2022 Pathfinder8/5: Thursday truck 7/20/21 bought a 2022 Pathfinder 8/5: Thursday truck broke down. Tow truck came and dropped off at dealership. Service team gave me an Altima as loan 7/20/21 bought a 2022 Pathfinder 8/5: Thursday truck broke down. Tow truck came and dropped off at dealership. Service team gave me an Altima as loaner. I asked for a SUV Didn’t have anything else and wouldnt do anything about it. 8/6: Friday got no response on status so we went in dealership to inquire. At that point it has still not even been put in the garage because the mechanics couldn’t get it started or even put it in neutral. By 5 PM they jacked it up on rollers and pushed it into the garage. I was still told that I would have to speak to the sales department in order to get a different vehicle loaner. Sales manager said for service team to call enterprise rental and get me a car which was a Chrysler minivan that I could pick up Saturday morning. 8/7: Saturday I went to enterprise to pick up a loaner vehicle and asked for an SUV. They gave me a Dodge Durango and asked for a $50 deposit. I told them no deposit so they settled for one dollar. 8/9: Monday Chris and I went to the dealership to speak to the sales manager that sold us the vehicle and we explained that we wanted to swap and get a replacement vehicle. We were there from 3 to 5:30 PM haggling with no resolution. They offered us two separate quotes where they would charge us an extra $4000 and we would have to apply for another loan for a replacement vehicle. 8/9 called Manufacturer customer affairs 8/10: called manufacturer again after 24 hours to inquire on status of case. A regional specialist will call me today. 8/10: Nissan as a manufacturer will review my case. They will evaluate the account and determine if there is a need for a re-purchase or replacement. This may take up to 10 days to review the case. between then and now, 8/30/21 i have been in 3 temporary rentals becuase nissan wanted me in a Nissan brand vehicle. i have spent a multitude of documented hours between the bank where my loan is, the arbitration center, and the dealership picking out replacement Pathfinders. i have been given the dealership's word TWICE on two vehicles, even so far as to reporting the new VIN to my bank as a change in collateral. today your dealership sold my truck again. i want to be contacted. More

I would like to thank Josh and his service team for providing excellent customer service last week. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Hall. A few weeks after my purchase, I experienced some mech providing excellent customer service last week. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Hall. A few weeks after my purchase, I experienced some mechanical issues. Josh and his team repaired my vehicle free of charge and provided me a free loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced.
