I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 21 years, and we have three beautiful daughters. I grew up in the automotive industry because my dad ran dealerships in Arizona before buying his own store in Colorado Springs. I started out as a lot tech 21 years ago and worked my way up in my dad's company. I wanted to work at a bigger dealer group and heard great things about the training and knowledge they offer at the Mike Maroone organization. Luckily, I got a job as a finance manager at Mike Maroone Chevrolet South and received top-notch training. Eventually I became the General Sales Manager at Mike Maroone Chevrolet North and Volkswagen. My wife and I had a desire to move to South Carolina to be close to the ocean and I found an amazing organization with the Vaden Automotive group and it's leadership team is second to none. I am now blessed to be with an amazing team at Hilton Head Nissany and Infiniti as the General Sales Manager.

Worst experience in more than 50 years of buying vehicles. Have issues with internet pricing, did not honor website advertisement after agreeing to. False warranty given per contract. 6 weeks no tag vehicles. Have issues with internet pricing, did not honor website advertisement after agreeing to. False warranty given per contract. 6 weeks no tag, no title paperwork. I feel like I’ve been ghosted or blackballed. NO ONE is willing to return calls or text to resolve issues, including Corporate. The Customer Service Care department is a joke! Being a senior citizen I feel like my issues have been ignored and swept under the rug. Use this dealership at your own peril! Beware! Beware! More

Met with Thely Daust few months ago, been needing a car and trying to find a vehicle that fits within my budget. Thely took lots of notes and had keep me posted on what she have in her inventory. I had such a great experience with Thely, she was super kind and helped me find my dream car. She took me over to my car while my mom completed the paperwork for it and showed me all the cool little detail kind and helped me find my dream car. I’m now looking into getting a new car, but the same one I just had. I wouldn’t change a thing! More

Buying a car is easy. ....for most dealers. Vaden Nissan is different. Most dealers have higher rankings due to sales. They're all nice because they are trying to sell you ....for most dealers. Vaden Nissan is different. Most dealers have higher rankings due to sales. They're all nice because they are trying to sell you a car. Also true here, but Thely Daust (Telly) actually cares. She goes above and beyond and is very interactive with the service department. So, if you have a problem, or need something, she's all over it. Mark Eden (service advisor) along with the other guys, are the best. Communication is KEY and that's what I love about this place. I wish they would buy autonation down the street and clean house over there because autonation, especially Jaguar/Landrover doesn't give 2 shyts about you. I have 3 people that are very close to me who have dealt with Autonation (Jaguar Land Rover and Jeep) and they all say the same thing.... Autonation looks out for themselves and their bottom line and that's it, with absolutely no communication at all. My ex wife's car sat on their lot for over 8 weeks waiting for service. My car sat on the lot for over 2 weeks trying to get in touch with the service manager with no call backs at all. The service advisor would text back hours after I texted them and still no status update on my vehicle. I finally pulled the plug on them. I'm 55 and have bought Fords, Mazdas, Audi, Lexus, Nissan and I usually rate a dealership on service alone. Buying a car takes a couple hours, but service takes years of trust. Sales with Thely coincides with service and vice versa. I have a few friends and family members who have bought a car from Vaden Nissan and everyone of them has had a great experience. I just bought a 2023 Hyundai Tucson for my daughter from here and so glad I did because I have no worries knowing that Thely or Mark will take care of any issues if I have them.
