I was extremely nervous about purchasing from a dealership due to a previous bad experience. I explained this to Josh and he listed and helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. I was impressed that our sales representative was not overly pushy. He kept us up to date on everything and even called the following day to see how the vehicle was doing.
