Another bad experience at Herb Chambers of Auburn. Their service dept. has gone from a 10 to a 1. My daughter specifically asked if all fluids would be checked in her car today, Joshua French said yes Their service dept. has gone from a 10 to a 1. My daughter specifically asked if all fluids would be checked in her car today, Joshua French said yes. Her antifreeze is at the minimum line. Joshua said that you don’t want it higher than that when the car heats up. I don’t know if that’s correct. Wiper fluid chamber is empty. He said that should have been filled. The same thing happen to me in April. Wiper fluid empty and antifreeze level was significantly below the minimum level when I got the car home. I was told where I could buy the recommended antifreeze by the young woman who was the service advisor. The quality of their service has deteriorated significantly. Now I need a local mechanic to check if everything else was done. Avoid Herb Chamber service department at all cost! More
