Dishonest and Rude Service – Beware of This Dealership I purchased a certified pre-owned (Chevy) vehicle from this dealership in May 2024 with 34,000 miles on it. Six months later, I went ba Dealership I purchased a certified pre-owned (Chevy) vehicle from this dealership in May 2024 with 34,000 miles on it. Six months later, I went back for my free oil change, only to have the service tech come out and recommend several services. The catch? These services were supposedly due at 15,000 miles, 20,000 miles, and 30,000 miles—well before I even purchased the car. When I asked for records to verify whether these services had been done, they assured me they’d check. After waiting for 10 minutes, the tech came back and admitted there were no records at all for the recommended services. They essentially wanted me to pay for services they should’ve performed or documented before selling me the car as “certified.” When I asked to speak to a manager, Josh came over. Instead of addressing my concerns, he was condescending and dismissive, talking as if he knew everything without actually helping. His attitude was unprofessional, and it became clear that customer service and honesty are not priorities here. It turns out (HIS NAME IS JOSH ELKINS) he’s one of the owners, which makes it even worse. His condescending attitude and lack of professionalism were appalling. Quick Tip: If you’re buying a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership, make sure to ask for service records and verify recommended services for the vehicle’s mileage. Otherwise, you might end up paying for things that should’ve been done before the sale. Avoid this place if you value transparency and professionalism. This dealership feels more like a scam than a business. More

I was scheduled to drop my vehicle on Sunday night. I could not get the key box to work properly. I called the next day (Monday) I was told ok to come in. When I arrived, David checked in my Tahoe. Josh said they would drop off vehicle to my home. I accepted that service. Took the courtesy service home. They delivered vehicle when work was done. More
