I had the pleasure to work with 3 departments sales, finance and service. Came back in two days to get clear coat protection and from the time I drove in and was met by Josh and Mitch who took notes on a clip board any questions or issues I may have. Received updates while I was waiting (awesome) and more importantly they valued my time by finishing exactly when they said they would. The only issue I had was having to purchase add ons I would not have purchased had I had it built. Lost key insurance etc. came to an additional 2K. It’s a different time than I am used to with such little inventory across the industry but I definitely recommend Toyota of Brookfield for a long lasting vehicle. Gary More
