Sir, thank you for taking the time to leave us constructive criticism regarding your purchase experience. We appreciate your business and hope to redeem ourselves for the interaction you had with Esteban from the get go. You should have been greeted in a more friendly manner and acknowledged for the fact that you already had a price in mind to pay for the specific Highlander you wanted. Sometimes, when speaking to the Sales Professional, they do not have the decision making priviledge to discount a vehicle without a Sales Manager speaking to the customer and agreeing to the discount - which we do all the time and advertise very aggressive internet pricing. In speaking to Esteban, he believed that he should be quiet in the vehicle when you were driving it so you could hear the vehicle and listen to it while driving, in order to determine if the experience is up to par in what you are expecting for your future vehicle. He agreed to bow out, since the pairing was obviously not a perfect match and Joseph Zecena fulfilled all of your expectations from there on out, based on both sales associate's account of the deal. We would greatly appreciate retaining your business in the future in sales and service, along with sending your friends to Joseph for purchasing new or used vehicles. We are very sorry for the problem, and will use this as a teaching tool to help Esteban and all of our sales associates in working with our customer base.
