Great service! Finished purchase 100% satisfied. Purchase process went well overall. I was offered a very fare value on my trade in and negotiations went smoothly. There was some minor concerns on delivery of the car but the dealership made sure to address them and made sure i left in my new truck 100% satisfied. More

Terrible communication. 5+ days. Still haven't driven car. Purchased a used vehicle with service needed. Deal negotiated where service was included in price of vehicle. I have had to come in to the store multi Purchased a used vehicle with service needed. Deal negotiated where service was included in price of vehicle. I have had to come in to the store multiple times after being ignored by my salesman and hung up on when calling the service desk about the status of my vehicle. When I was finally able to contact service about my vehicle they were completely lost and told me that it was my salesman that I needed to contact, not them. Every time I come in I am told that my vehicle will be ready the following day. I still have yet to actually drive my vehicle off the lot because I am waiting for service to be completed. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication. My attitude would be completely different about this situation if they would just communicate with me without me having to drive 30mins to the dealership to ask about my car. More

Welcome to Landers Toyota NWA We worked with Joe to find our new car and Joe went above and beyond to find our car and get it delivered from another dealership to Landers. He knew We worked with Joe to find our new car and Joe went above and beyond to find our car and get it delivered from another dealership to Landers. He knew exactly what we wanted, we gave him the numbers we needed to be at and he was able to turn this around in less than 90 minutes. No games, just GREAT results. We will be back and we will send others to Landers. Toyota of Fayetteville needs to take notes from the Landers team on how to keep a customer, and how to work with other dealerships and not play games. They tried for more than a month and delivered nothing but excuses and we finally left and went to Landers and Joe got the car finalized in 90 minutes that Toyota Fayetteville was trying to get but could not pull the trigger on in 30 days. More

Not a pushy car salesman. This is my second car purchase from Landers and I will be back. I can't remember the man who typed up the contract, because his computer was down and we moved to another office, but he was very kind and not pushy at all. He did a great job explaining everything. Being a women and going alone to buy a car is a scary thing, the last thing you want is a pushy salesman that intimidates you, that wasn't the case here.They were so good to work with. I love my new infinity! More

Needs improvement in customer handling I had done all the research in internet and walked into Steve Landers Toyota NWA to take my Highlander home by paying full cash. Sound very easy right I had done all the research in internet and walked into Steve Landers Toyota NWA to take my Highlander home by paying full cash. Sound very easy right? but not really with Steve Landers Toyota NWA. In fact I was highly disappointed the way Steve Landers Toyota handled it. First of all there was nobody to talk for first 10 mins and finally one sales representative approached us. Straight away his question was what is the price range you are looking at? I said I know the price range am here to see the car and buy. He insisted on the price and I told price 5k lesser the MSRP (That is 37k for 42k worth Highlander XLE). I felt he just wanted us to walk away and he said, "NOT HAPPENING, anything else?". I said, I would like to see the car and experience it. He was not willing to show as the price range didn't match. Then I had to ask again "Price can be negotiated. Can I PLEASE see the vehicle, I insist?". Finally he was agreed and started walking into the lot. He didn't even utter a word until we reached the lot and entered the vehicle. I was about to test drive and he was at the passenger seat and still he not talking. At that time I was 100% sure that there is no way I can close this deal with this guy, I stopped the car near the entrance and asked Can I get another associate to work with (To be frank I was hopeless on this too?). For my surprise, he agreed and new associate joined. He was very nice person and deserves a 5 star rating for his service, He was professional and friendly, cleared all my questions. I booked my Highlander on the same day as the same config I wanted was not available in the inventory on the same day. The only reason I completed my transaction with Steve Landers Toyota NWA is: There is no other dealer near Bentonville and I wanted the car ASAP, otherwise for sure I could have gone with a different dealer. I would not recommend this place if you have a choice. More
