Service advisors are very nice, they provide a loaner (if you have very advance notice), and they'll provide a ride share home from the dealership. However, that's where the positives end. That is 3x the amount of most mechanics on LI and twice as much as another Volvo dealer! Their charges for work that "might" need to be done is outrageous. Please do your research. Check parts prices, check with your local mechanic, and check another Volvo dealership for service. DO NOT use Huntington! You will go broke to maintain your vehicle. More

Rick Perlmutter is a wonderful person to work with when you are looking for your new car. He was able to locate a car which met all of our criteria and have it at the dealership within a few days. He was responsive to all of our questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable about the functionality and features of these advanced vehicles. When taking delivery of the car, he was on time and patient to explain ALL the features. There was not a single question that he could not answer. We have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership each time using Rick and have had the same experience each and every time. He even follows up a few days after delivery to see if we have additional questions. He actually cares that his clients are truly happy. I purchased a 2018 S90. Very good car. And I had what I felt was a good experience leasing the car. The price was good too. Service until the lease was due in 2021 was excel Very good car. And I had what I felt was a good experience leasing the car. The price was good too. Service until the lease was due in 2021 was excellent. Since I had only 32,000 miles on a 45,000 mile lease, and new cars were going for more than sticker, I purchased the car off the lease. This is when the trouble with Volvo of Huntington began. The salesman told me I HAD to purchase an extended warranty. It was expensive. I didn't want to. He said that Volvo required it. I contacted Volvo finance and they said that was absolutely not the case. I contacted someone I knew at NYSADA who then contacted the dealership. At that point I received a call from the sales manager complaining to me that he had quotas to meet and that they were in business to make money. How is this my problem. I bought the car without the extended warranty. Now it's time for an oil change and they wanted $180 plus 3.5% surcharge for a credit card. When they handed me the authorization, it should $1,800. Oops. An honest mistake but thankfully I caught it. I handed it back unsigned and drove away. I will never go back there. What they don't know is that my wife was going to purchase an XC60 soon. Too bad for them. I'll pay for good products and good service but they're dishonest. The service department has always been great. Those that work there don't set policy and have always been a pleasure to deal with. Too bad they work at that dealership. More

Edduin was great throughout the process. Though it was a new model he walked me through the system and setting up the application.
