I have had my Bronco Sport for 1 week and prior to this purchase, I had not purchased a Ford in over 20 new car purchases. Recenlty the Bronco Sport and the Mach E Mustang have had me looking at Fords. T purchase, I had not purchased a Ford in over 20 new car purchases. Recenlty the Bronco Sport and the Mach E Mustang have had me looking at Fords. The Big Bronco as well. Ford has done well with those new products in my opinion. So I called a few dealerships and really felt like none of them were in the business of selling cars - BUT when I connected with Joey Rippolone at Suburban, I felt like I would have the car I wanted, when I wanted it - like bing, bang, boom - AND HE DELIVERED. Really smooth process for me, and I was dreading going to a new dealer. I have been buying my cars at another dealership for decades and they have all my info and make it really painless. So I was surprised that this was equally painless. Joey really hustled and called me back on what was available and when, and pricing - and everything stayed as initially represented. No last minute surprises. Now, I really can't provide a review of the dealership so much because this is my first car purchased from Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights so I do not have experience with their service and whether they go above and beyond in that area - BUT Joey definitely hustles and takes care of his customers. He did a great job highlighting many features of the car that I did not realize the Bronco Sport had. Joey - I may be back to order a Mustand Mach E in the Fall.
