Sheisters… all of them. We agreed on a price for the vehicle and a price for the trade in. They tacked on two separate fees without disclosing them to us… one for zaktek and We agreed on a price for the vehicle and a price for the trade in. They tacked on two separate fees without disclosing them to us… one for zaktek and the other a tint lifetime warranty to the tune of around $1,800. Then Fernando Rascón in financing sold us a service package (singular) which he said included all mechanical and body/glass for 5 years. Turns out there were various packages available and he sold us 2 separate packages. No one disclosed to us that because the vehicle was a Honda certified vehicle it already came with a 12 month warranty. He also downplayed gap insurance because with the mount of our trade-in we would be no where near the point where we would need it. Lies, lies, lies. We expected dealer and registration fees and taxes but when it was all said and done we are now upside down on loan. Also we walked out of the dealership with only a strip of paper for the registration. No other paperwork. I had to call 3 times to get it emailed to us one week later. Once I reviewed all the paperwork I was SHOCKED. I went down and complained and the only thing they did was refund us $1353 (which I believe was the lifetime tint warranty. The $399 for zaktek was “non-refundable”. If I had asked for it I would understand it being non-refundable. But I had not asked for it, nor was I even aware of it. I will NEVER, EVER do business at showcase Honda sales again. Ever. And I will discourage all friends and family from going there as well. More

I want to thank Trey Sutherland. Mr. Sutherland explained all the details of leasing a vehicle. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle with Showcase Honda. I prayed and asked God where to go and he led me back here. I live in Buckeye, Arizona which is a forty-five to an hour commute. I thank God, I obeyed him. I give this dealership a 101 star. Keep hiring excellent truthful people. I will definitely send friends and family your way. Cheryl H. More

They were very helpful and honest and upfront. Did not try to upsell us or buy out of our means. We came in with a plan and wanted to be in and out as fast as possible. They made that happen. I had a very good experience with Joseph Ramos and Showcase Honda. Joey is both knowledgable and personable. He was able to answer all of my many questions about the Honda Prologue. He is very knowledgable both about the vehicle and its features and about the details of electric vehicle operation and charging, and I felt confident that I was getting all of the information that I needed to make a good choice as I shopped for a vehicle. As we progressed through the sales process, Joey was clear and upfront about costs, incentives and pricing and gave me the space I needed to make decisions. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. I'm particularly impressed with Joey's excellent communication and follow up, I have felt very supported throughout the process. He also has a great personality and made the whole process enjoyable. Everyone at Showcase Honda was professional, accommodating and personable. More
