I came in looking for a used vehicle listed on my credit union site, and missed it by an hour. Trade-ins are moving off lots as soon as they get traded in lately. But Joe and Kevin (Manager) tipped me to a vehicle that was coming in that weekend that had a premium package at a very good price. They contacted me as soon as it arrived. Joe was really great about making the sale go very smoothly, answering any of my questions and making sure I knew he'd be there for me after the sale. And so he was... It turned out that 3 speakers were out on the stereo system. Something that was hard to spot during test drive or inspection. But he streamlined the process with service and they took care of it gratis and did the work very quickly. Communication during the service process was very responsive. I would definitely recommend Destination Nissan to others. More
