They told me twice that they knew what the problem was. Then after replacing two different parts ( or at least that’s what they said they did) the problem still exists. So they said that they would have to contact Toyota to find out what they were supposed to do, they said that they tried a few other vehicles on their lot and they did it also. So they said that must be the way Toyota made them. That seems to be their answer for anything they can’t fix. So did they really replace two different parts, did they really call Toyota with the problem, who knows. I personally doubt it. I can’t stand a dealership that lies. They assured me that they had the problem the problem fixed the second time, same problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
