Right Front axle NEVER Replaced by DCH Honda Nanuet Service Dept to PASS NYS Inspection on 2011 Honda Odessy, purchased at DCH Honda Odessy, The Flagship Honda Dealership of DCH Auto Group under Lithia Service Dept to PASS NYS Inspection on 2011 Honda Odessy, purchased at DCH Honda Odessy, The Flagship Honda Dealership of DCH Auto Group under Lithia Motors. DCH Honda Nanuet had vehicle from 11/4/24 - 11/11/24 at Dealership site Catalytic Converter (REAR Bank) was replaced but now as of 12/4/24 Service Dept visit needs Replacement AGain Why wasn’t Right Front axle replaced as per DCH Honda Paramus and written communication to me as per Lithia Motors ? How come Catalytic Converter (rear bank) needs REPLACEMENT Again ONLY 1 month later ? What Type of After Market Parts are You Using ? How Come Axle was NEVER replaced ? More

This dealership service department has to be one of the worst in the country scheduling appointments and not honoring them. There is absolutely no excuse for a customer to arrive at the dealership at 7 a.m worst in the country scheduling appointments and not honoring them. There is absolutely no excuse for a customer to arrive at the dealership at 7 a.m. for a simple coolant flush and spend 4 and a half hours there to be told we didn't have the coolant needed for that vehicle. Just about every customer was complaining regarding wait times while in the waiting lobby. More

What an amazing experience with the service department at DCH Nanuet! My son called me from the side of the road so upset because his car kept stalling. I reached out to Joe, (Service Manager) and his AMAZIN DCH Nanuet! My son called me from the side of the road so upset because his car kept stalling. I reached out to Joe, (Service Manager) and his AMAZING team who assured me everything would be OK and for him to come right in . We were taken care of immediately and the issue was resolved! I have never had someone treat us so well and with a smile. Once again, a special thanks to Joe Modica and Kodiak Sturgess for being a great team of professionals who saved the day! More

I recently visited this dealership for the 1st time. I traded in my car on a certified preowned 2017 Accord. It was one of the smoothest experiences I've had buying a car. Starting with Joann, who was the traded in my car on a certified preowned 2017 Accord. It was one of the smoothest experiences I've had buying a car. Starting with Joann, who was the first person I met there. She was very easy to work with-arranged the test drive, had my trade valued and provided preliminary sales numbers before my credit check. The sales manager Zack was also helpful as was the finance guy Darwish. Never did i feel pressured one way or the other to buy. The whole process was completed in a matter of hours on a very busy Saturday. Joann was nice enough to stay after hours to finalize everything. She followed up afterward and arranged a service appointment when the battery had issues a few days later. The service manager Joe was also helpful in getting a new battery installed. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend them. If you need a car ask for Joann and she'll treat you professionally. More
