I felt more like I was shopping with a friend who had my interest as his priority and not a hawk concerned with making a deal to check off on the sales board. There was no back and forth with the sales manager to work a special deal just for me on just that day. The price was of the car made clear upfront so there wasn't a need haggle and hope I got a good number, which is what actually made me go there based on a recommendation from a friend. The managers Tony and Joe came over and introduced themselves since we were there on a quiet weeknight, they were extremely friendly and personable. We chatted for a while about classic cars and I really did enjoy talking to them. Our last stop was finance to put our deal on paper. Kevin is a great guy and made the process a breeze. I've honestly never had a better experience making any kind of large purchase as I did there. I would and have already recommended Malouf and namely Rich to anybody looking for a car and a piece of mind. More
