We’ve purchased a number of cars in the past but this has been the greatest car buying experience to date. Dennis was quick to listen to our interests and only recommended cars that fit our specific desires. At no point we’re we pressured or hassled. Dennis let me take the process at our pace. When it came time making a transaction, Dennis and his team treated us like family and kept their word from the beginning to end. When it comes time to purchase our next Cadillac, our first stop will no doubt be Malouf Cadillac. More

Fast deal It was a fast deal when my 2015 Silverado broke down and the problem could not be identified in two days. I elected to purchase a new 2019 Colorado f It was a fast deal when my 2015 Silverado broke down and the problem could not be identified in two days. I elected to purchase a new 2019 Colorado from Malouf. Nearly everyone at the dealership went overboard to make certain that our needs were taken care of---from offering to drive us to lunch or dinner to loaning us a vehicle to get to the hotel for the night. The new vehicle purchase went fast, and Mike did a great job, but watch out for the Business Manager--he's a snake in the grass. He shuffled papers for 30 minutes and I failed to ask him the finance rate and he jammed us through with a ridiculous 6.50% at one of his local banks. I didn't notice it until two days later and had to refinance through my local credit union at HALF that rate. When your credit rating is Excellent, you should not be handled like this. It was my fault for not asking outright but he has the obligation to perform his duties in an honorable (yes---I know--it's a dealership) manner. The deal was good, the timeliness of the transaction was good, but the Business Manager left a bad taste in my mouth. He's not a "stand-up" guy. He caused me a lot of additional work when I got back home---which is 400 miles from Malouf. More
