Service department has a lot to be to desired. Took my 2022 Tucson in to have a recall it looked at for hitch wiring, was supposed to have a hitch from factory wasn't there even though it was on the windows sticker.....told me I had to buy it and be reimbursed for it. I thought that was wrong......should be their responsibility not mine. More
