I had been trying to get a very intermittent noise in my car diagnosed and fixed for over nine months. The noise never happened when service would drive it. Harrison Hicks, Assistant Manager in the service department listened to my concerns and assured me they would get to the bottom of the noise. And that is exactly what happened. Service identified something in the swaybar assembly that needed replacement. Everything that he described it would be affecting validated what I had been experiencing. Harrison explained in detail what they did and what to expect. I could not be more pleased. He was so attentive and pleasant in spite of being very busy. I am confident that if I have a future need, Harrison and the service team will identify and resolve the issue and that gives me peace of mind. Great experience!! More
