Really how can you even ask? They would come back to you and tell you what was wrong at a REASONABLE price. I never paid close to $500 for oil change and a few other items. I am still angry with myself for allowing them to change my Windshield Wipers which I could have got at Auto Zone for half the price and they would have put them on for me. Before checking out Joe says I gave you a coupon which was sent to me for that price with various items that they check for nothing. Your people need to be put up to date on what they send out to the customers. More
