I was not pleased with how the business transaction went. I am still waiting on the title to be sent to me. The vehicle is paid for in full and they didnt send the title with. Seeing the salesman doesn't see I am still waiting on the title to be sent to me. The vehicle is paid for in full and they didnt send the title with. Seeing the salesman doesn't seem to understand how business works as he hasn't been helpful through this process as he stated im on my own now for getting the title sent. So he's worthless. In my opinion if I owned the company he wouldn't be working for me. Nick the used car sales manager is just as worthless as he cant seem to figure out how a telephone works. I've called multiple time, left multiple voicemails, never recieved a call back; nor he answer a call. I would never recommend doing business with Joesph Chevrolet. To me they are a joke! Spend $47k with no loans and cant even get a call back from their managers! JOKE! Borderline Fraudsters! If I dont recieve the title I am prepared to file suite in court! More

Absolutely horrible. Had an appointment scheduled and they still didn’t look at my car for an additional 3 days. I visited for my scheduled oil change appt on Tues, Oct 21st. As a customer service professional myself, I was very disappointed by Ryan's lack of customer service. He seemed very dis-interested first-thin 21st. As a customer service professional myself, I was very disappointed by Ryan's lack of customer service. He seemed very dis-interested first-thing in the morning for the 7:30 appt. Once the work was completed, his words to me were simply, "you're all done." He walked me to the cashier and exited. After having such great interaction previously with my salesman Mario McConico and Angela in Service, Ryan's lack of customer-service caught me by surprise. I also compliment the kindness of the cashier who nicely closed my visit. More

Incredibly disappointed in our experience. We dropped our SUV off at 9am Tuesday explaining we beleive the transmission fluid would need replaced after some hard shifting we were experiencing. We dropped our SUV off at 9am Tuesday explaining we beleive the transmission fluid would need replaced after some hard shifting we were experiencing. We also asked for a standard oil change to be done and replacing the break pads. We were told 24-48 hours. At 2pm Wednesday we had heard no follow up so we called for an update. We spoke to Daniel Danzen who told us transmission issues take up to a week for just a diagnosis and up to another week to repair. When asked if we could schedule a better time so we are not without a car for 2 weeks we were told no. I asked if at least the oil change and break pads were done so we could pick it up and schedule a time when we were prepared to be without our car for two weeks and they told us nothing was done. The car sat in the lot for over 24 hours without anyone looking at it. I've had to depend on rideshares during this time. We wanted the quality experience of a dealership working on our car and could have got better service at any corner lot. I urge you guys to not make appointments available if your not able to fulfill them in a timely manner. More
