I wanted to write a review about my experience with Liz Chavez. She is a great sales person with numerous attributes. She sold my family our first van and it was a great fast experience. She is very personable, professional and quick on her feet. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained things twice if I needed clarification. It was a great experience to work with her and I trust her. With that being said, when I had an issue I went right to her. I went through other workers that could not get the problem fixed, but I knew Liz could. She immediately took the time to call appropriate team members and attack the issue head on. She fixed a problem with my automatic start ASAP and I wish I would have went to her first for help. I ’m thrilled with my new car and loved working with Liz. Go to her when at the Oak Lawn dealership. She’s the best! More

Joe was efficient, and explained the additional work that I needed done. However, while I was sitting in the waiting room it was amazing to hear how many customers also needed their brake fluid replaced and I needed done.
