My biggest concern was the fact that I didn't receive the forms I signed (with auto sign) on the tablet/screen in the finance office on 2/25/25. Jeff Calero said the Wi-Fi was down and he was only able to p forms I signed (with auto sign) on the tablet/screen in the finance office on 2/25/25. Jeff Calero said the Wi-Fi was down and he was only able to print out the screen shot of receiving my cashier's check. The Dealership needs to improve on their Wi-Fi ability... so maybe Jeff Calero should have a higher rating if your Wi-Fi was working correctly considering the need in your business. He was able to get them to me on 3/3/25 when I saw him again at noontime. I also didn't like having to sign a form for financing if some reason the cashier's check hadn't gone through. I didn't haggle with the overall price of the Rav4 with Ricardo because others in my life (as well as the Toyota Smart Path online) made it seem to me that the Internet sales (price) usually gives a fair deal to eliminate the haggling with the customer. I wish I could have bought it for less since I was trading in my Corolla that has had many repairs at your dealership since I bought it there in 2014. The repairs, parts replacements, should have justified me getting more money in the trade-in value. I had other things going on in my life that day that caused me to get the deal finalized without any other bartering. If I had to do it over again, I would have walked away without buying that day. I have only me to blame for not getting a better deal. More
