Luis is sincerely so patient and trustworthy that words fall short. Since Harvey my family and I have ONLY purchased through Gunn, with Luis, and we’re now on our car deal. We’ve visited local car dealers fall short. Since Harvey my family and I have ONLY purchased through Gunn, with Luis, and we’re now on our car deal. From the moment I spoke with Luis by telephone he was very helpful and informative. I was out of town when I called and was shopping for a vehicle on the internet. I found one I liked and Luis was kind enough to put it on hold for me. When I arrived in town I took it for a test drive and I was sold on the car. Luis followed up on all the details needed to make the car ready for delivery. He even delivered the car personally himself to my home. That is just fantastic service.
