Totally frustrating experience. Almost NO communication, never any returned calls from Jose Valdes-Rosado. I had to physically go to the service department and talk to another, very Almost NO communication, never any returned calls from Jose Valdes-Rosado. I had to physically go to the service department and talk to another, very helpful, service adviser (Melany Finn) to even get an update on my truck. All the work was not completed with zero explanation why. Part of the work that was done, wasn't done correctly, which will necessitate another trip so they can correct their shotty work. Jose never followed up with my extended service contract which could have cost me over $1500. Thankfully, Melany helped me with all the legwork saving me a lot of money. If it weren't a recall from RAM, I would NEVER go to this dealership again. Thank you, Melanie for your help. More

The service tech, Jose Valdex courteous and professional. He let me know as to the progress of the service and recommended additional services. However when I got home I found the passenger side consul cove He let me know as to the progress of the service and recommended additional services. However when I got home I found the passenger side consul cover was loose where the tech had not replaced it properly following the cabin filter check. I notified Jose by text but never heard back. I also notified the person who did a follow-up phone call requesting me to complete this survey. Still no offer to correct the loose panel issue. Suggest a Quality Assurance program to make sure the customer's vehicle has been completely buttoned up before returning the vehicle to the customer. Thank you. More
