I stopped by on Sunday March 27, 2011 to set up a service recall for my honda civic hybrid. I also stopped by internet services to let them know i was interested in a civic natural gas conversion. I said i would come in on monday but did not want to haggle over the cost. I had contacted the internet manager Jose Sanchez in advance along with other dealers. Jose give me the best price of 5 dealers. When i arrived monday morning Jose passed me to Herb because he was with a customer. The price was actually as quoted. Herb had me out in 2 hours. I liked that he showed me the computer screen all the way throgh the process. I felt like they were never trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I will go back and would recommand them again. More

I was a little nervous about purchasing a new car for the first time. I am a 26 year old female and everyone said that the dealership would take advantage of me if I went by myself. Every single person was helpful and nice. I ended up working with Jose Sanchez on my deal to buy the new 2011 Honda Accord. He was so helpful and he really fought for me to get the best price possible. After I left Norm Reeves I went to Honda World to check out what they could offer me. Honda World told me they could not even come close to Norm Reeves offer on the same car. I went straight back to Jose Sanchez at Norm Reevs and drove off the lot with my fabulous car that same night. The whole experience was simple, easy, and enjoyable =) I would recommend this dealership to everyone, male or female, for the best price and GREAT service More
