THESE xxxxxxxx AT THIS DEALERSHIP ARE REAL PIECES OF xxxx ! I TOOK MY CAR THERE TO THIS DEALERSHIP CAUSE IT WAS RUNNING HOT. THESE THIEVING xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx DID A MAJOR REPAIR ON THE WATER PUMP BUT WERE TOO I TOOK MY CAR THERE TO THIS DEALERSHIP CAUSE IT WAS RUNNING HOT. THESE THIEVING xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx DID A MAJOR REPAIR ON THE WATER PUMP BUT WERE TOO MOTHERxxxxING DUMB AND LAZY TO CHANGE A TEN DOLLAR THERMOSTAT. I PICKED THE CAR WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS READY. I DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT HOME AND THE CAR RAN HOT SO BACK TO THE DEALER I GO. THEY TAKE THE CAR AND CHECK IT OUT AND SAY MY THERMOSTAT WAS BAD. I SAY TO THEM YOU DID A MAJOR OVER HEATING REPAIR AN ALLEY MECHANIC WOULD HAVE CHANGED A TEN DOLLAR PART LIKE THAT. THEY CHARGE ME AGAIN IN ADDITION TO THE MONEY I JUST MOTHERxxxxING PAID TO PICK THE CAR UP WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS FINISHED. THESE PEOPLE AT THIS PLACE CASTLE BUICK GMC OF NORTH RIVERSIDE ARE HEARTLESS INCONSIDERATE PIECES OF xxxx!!!! I BOUGHT TWO NEW CARS FROM THESE xxxxxxx AND ALWAYS LET THEM DO MY REPAIRS AND THIS AND THIS AND THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT ME! THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE EXPERTS IN REPAIR BUT YET THEY'RE PLAYING THE ALLEY MECHANIC GAME WITH PEOPLE THAT TRUSTED THEM TO SERVICE THEIR CARS. WHAT A SHAME. More

Wonderful experience! My sister and I bought the new 2019 Buick Encore. She called me explaining the awesome service and great deal she was getting from sales rep Louis. Delivery process was mediocre My initial visit was fine to test drive and talk about the possibile purchase. Over the phone we agreed on a price and I set up an appointment time t My initial visit was fine to test drive and talk about the possibile purchase. Over the phone we agreed on a price and I set up an appointment time to pick up the vehicle/complete the paperwork. This process took two hours, the actual form signing ten minutes which could have been handled much faster. After getting the vehicle home, I discovered that the all weather mats were missing (had two sets of summer mats instead). I also noticed there were no wheel locks installed and my tire pressure warning indicator was on. I called the sales person who told me I could bring my vehicle back (70 mile RT) any time between 10 and 5pm on the day we agreed to. I showed up at the dealership, waited an hour to get the wheel locks on and mats replaced. The sales manager stopped by to apologize which was appreciated. Of course I forgot to mention the tire pressure which was not noticed by the dealer. On this vehicle there were no settings calibrated which requires a specialized tool so I ended up taking the vehicle to the Crystal Lake GMC dealer and they fixed it for free. In summary, people were pleasant at Castle but the delivery process was painful. More
