I purchased a vehicle and still 30days or so later issues are still not made right. Manager seems cold and indifferent compared to others that have assisted. Think my biggest positive with Jose is he is genuinely nice. When you have been around the block you pick up on sincere connection and care. Jose and the Manager Scott delivered the, hands-down, best dealer experience I’ve had. Both of these guys took the time to dive into my specific needs and what I was looking for. Felt amazing to leave th best dealer experience I’ve had. Both of these guys took the time to dive into my specific needs and what I was looking for. Germaine does not communicate nor does he follow up with you. Does not answer phone calls, will not return voicemails, and becomes unresponsive via text. I have been trying to schedule service for diagnosti you. Does not answer phone calls, will not return voicemails, and becomes unresponsive via text. I have been trying to schedule service for diagnostic and part replacement (part was ordered and still have not been able to schedule install date). I have even left voicemails to other advisor suggestions, and nothing. Have already left vehicle with him for servicing, and only half of the items were viewed. Followed with another appointment, dropped off vehicle and no service was performed during this time. He has not bothered to follow up ever since May 2024 (now approaching two months). More
