I did not like his tactics in trying to sell the extended warranty. Trying to shame customers is not the best way to sell these products. He was friendly on the outside but also seemed fake and a little bit evasive. The tactic of trying to shame or scare me into purchase was beyond anything I have seen when purchasing a vehicle. More
