I'm so thankful that I got to work with Paragon Acura for my recent 2023 MDX purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership, my wife and I were greeted with a smile and a handshake from Jose Perez. We were im my recent 2023 MDX purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership, my wife and I were greeted with a smile and a handshake from Jose Perez. We were immediately offered refreshments to start our journey to purchasing a new vehicle. He made us very comfortable and treated us well. We gave Jose the information on an MDX that we had seen advertised and he swiftly helped us with a test drive. Unlike other experiences with dealerships, there seemed to be no pressure. Ultimately, we left without purchasing due to some damage that was reported on the initial car. We told Jose our ideal budget and he was able to find alternatives but they seemed to be a bit out of our price range. So we left to think it over. Jose was empathetic, kind, reliable, respectful and understanding of our situation. After some thought, Yesterday, we returned to the dealership with a slightly larger budget and we were able to close a deal. We brought the car back for detailing today and once again we had a wonderful experience with the team at Paragon Acura. Jose Perez and his team really did right by us and I highly recommend him for your future car purchases. You leave feeling like family! 10/10! More

Jose Perez assisted me with shopping for a new vehicle. The vehicle I had prior to this was a Acura TL which I bought years back from this same dealership. Unfortunately it was flooded and totaled, according to insurance. Jose took the time to assist me and help me get into a new a vehicle that I can afford and that I would also love. The paperwork and process was super quick; quicker than I would ever imagine as a matter of fact; and I was a happy driver by end of that evening. More
