I have been doing business with this dealer for years and most of all with Jose Ocasio. In two different occasions Jose was able to get my daughter the Ford Escape that she was looking for at the payments th most of all with Jose Ocasio. In two different occasions Jose was able to get my daughter the Ford Escape that she was looking for at the payments that she felt comfortable with when other dealers couldn’t do it. He has always taken the time to find every possible incentive and or discount so we can save money in the purchase or lease of a vehicle. Jose has always been a man of honesty and integrity . Very courteous , professional and friendly . I have always highly recommended Jose to family and friends and I will continue doing so because I know the kind of person he is. Jose will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will do whatever possible to give you the best deal. He may not always be able to meet your goals or expectations but one thing I do know for sure is that he will try hard to do so. In fact I trust Jose so much that I am currently happily waiting for my 2022 Lincoln Navigator Reserve Special Order to be delivered any day because even though I could have purchase this Navigator from another dealer “ in stock” , I chose to go to Lincoln of Queens , see Jose and custom ordered my 2022 Navigator. I am still getting calls from other Lincoln Dealers with 2022 Navigators in stock and I respectfully tell them that I already have one in order and the main reason is that I want to deal with no one else but Jose Ocasio. I know you can’t please everyone no matter how much you try but one thing I am certain of is that Jose will always do whatever is possible to make the customer happy. Even if there is something wrong or perhaps a mistake was made I know Jose will make it right for the customer if he is given the opportunity to corrected because as I have said before Jose is a man of integrity and customer satisfaction is his main goal. I will continue to recommend Jose Ocasio to my coworkers, friends and family without hesitation for their Ford or Lincoln vehicle needs. Thanks so much Jose. If I could give zero stars I would. absolute crooks. a sales person by the name of Jose Ocasio tried to sell my uncle a 2022 raptor $60k!!!!!! OVER STICKER PRICE!!!!!! the sticker price absolute crooks. a sales person by the name of Jose Ocasio tried to sell my uncle a 2022 raptor $60k!!!!!! OVER STICKER PRICE!!!!!! the sticker price is $80k and they tried to sell the vehicle to my uncle for $143k!!!!!! my uncle not knowing any better and this being his dream car almost bought it. they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. An Asian gentlemen with a cane in the finance department got mad at US for asking why it was so much over sticker price and had the audacity to say they easily sell cars $75,000 OVER sticker price!!!! if you have the money I guess that's okay but that's idiotic in my opinion even if you did have the money. we understand the vehicle is scarce and its a special edition and we don't mind paying over sticker, we all have a family to feed but $60,000 over sticker price is absurd. its absolutely ridiculous. they should have their license revoked. I can only imagine how many desperate people these guys have ripped off. More

I worked with Alexis Marcus , Jose Ocasio and Reggie Williams who were all excellent in their own field. Jose really worked hard to get me into the vehicle I was interested. We came up with a great Williams who were all excellent in their own field. Jose really worked hard to get me into the vehicle I was interested. We came up with a great solution and I actually drove home in the car the same day we made the deal. In a few painless hours I was on my way in a new Lincoln. If you are looking for a sales person with integrity see Jose. I found him to be very easy to work with and would not change a thing. Jose is a real gentleman. Alexis was very accommodating and anxious to help in anyway. Great personality and very positive. Reggie was also awesome to work with. And finance guys usually scare me. He understood my financial limits and never applied any pressure to promote any additional purchases that although were nice to haves, I just didn't have the budget for. He understood that and recommended only the ones that I really would benefit from. I took hi advisement and appreciated his candor. I left with a price that was exactly what I has shooting for. More
