Called ahead to check stock arrived shortly thereafter to learn only 1 vehicle available. They did however have a slightly different vehicle I liked better. Took 5 hours with perfect credit to deliver the vehicle. Vehicle was 11,000 over fair market value. Just have to be educated before going in or be prepared to be taken advantage of. I post 1 start because I can't post zero, it's the worse dealership, they are liars. I went to by a car and I already had the loan approved by my bank, they told me that if I did it with Kia they could give dealership, they are liars. I went to by a car and I already had the loan approved by my bank, they told me that if I did it with Kia they could give me the same or lower interest rate, I told them that I did not want to run my credit, but I gave them permission to do it JUST ONCE, I told them this more than 10 times. When they gave me the papers to sign, they showed me that they ran my credit twice, with Kia and with another bank, it was without my authorization, when I complained about this, they started laughing at me and said that it wasn't his fault. When I looked at the papers from the second bank, they had taken of $1,250 because they only gave it rebate with Kia financing and according to the person who did it, he didn't know that because he was a new worker. Additionally, they charge $1299 for papers fees (other dealerships does not charge it), they miscalculated the taxes (obviously too much). As I was discovering everything they were doing wrong, they became more and more rude until I got tired, and I left. At that moment I went to another Kia (Newburgh) and showed them all the paperwork that I supposedly had approved from Kia and they told me that Kia denied my loan, so, the other dealership lied more than I thought, because they ran my credit without my permission because I was not approved, and they still want to make the finance. Please do not go to Danbury Kia, you are going to pay a lot more money than any other dealership. More
