I had a terrible experience with Porsche Ontario in California. After agreeing on the vehicle price and completing the finance application, the sales manager Jose repeatedly tried to increase the price California. After agreeing on the vehicle price and completing the finance application, the sales manager Jose repeatedly tried to increase the price, claiming the original offer didn’t yield enough profit. Even though I confirmed that I was buying the car and had arranged for shipping, they sold it to someone else overnight. When I contacted the General Manager, he said they were not obligated to honor the agreement we had in place. This dealership’s conduct was unethical and unprofessional from start to finish. They broke their word, wasted my time, and acted in bad faith. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership — there are many reputable Porsche dealers who will treat customers with transparency and respect, unlike Porsche Ontario. More

Received "Gold Star" treatment from Jose Martinez at Porsche Ontario, CA. Couldn't have asked to be paired up with a better sales person as we went through our purchase of a CPO 2021 Porsche Taycan 4S. Porsche Ontario, CA. Jose made everything feel effortless, and that we were being taken care of 110%. All while working with us from afar. Their inventory is massive—by far the largest we saw among SoCal Porsche dealers. My fiancée and I just purchased our first Porsche, a Certified Pre-Owned Taycan 4S, and it’s absolutely blowing us away! From the moment we walked in, the team—Pouya, Jose, and Mike—made us feel taken care of. We looked at a few cars, but as soon as we saw the one, we knew it was ours. They even beat the financing rate we had secured from a credit union, which was a huge bonus. On top of that, trading in my old vehicle was seamless and gave us extra purchasing power. Could not recommend this dealership enough. More
