I visited Auto Park Ford 8 months ago on my bicycle. Some salesmen would probably not have given me the time of day. Jose not only took the time to show me the new Mach-E, but he also let me sit in it Some salesmen would probably not have given me the time of day. Jose not only took the time to show me the new Mach-E, but he also let me sit in it, try out the controls and answered several questions I had. The wife and I visited again (with the car) two days ago and looked at the Mach-E's that were in stock. Jose was now in the service department, so we spoke with Sandie. We started the process to purchase one. Yesterday we drove it home. On the visit two days ago, the three of could not figure out how to make the A/C work. It was my mistake by not pressing the brake as I pushed the start button. That was different than my old car. Second visit we figured it out and it froze us out of there in seconds. Sandie apologized, not realizing that in our current car it was not necessary. The only negative was that Sandie was also dealing with a customer that kept returning and flip flopping: BUY: Yes?, No?, Yes?, No?. That made our two visits longer than they would have been. She was very nice and apologized again for the other customer. It was not a big deal as we are retired. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Before we drove off, she went through more information than I could remember and explained all the functions on the touchscreen. This is the first time in 50 years of driving that I left a dealership with a smile. They gave me a fair amount for my trade, did not try to pressure me into buying extras, and the best part, 48 months zero interest. zero down. We will leave our down payment money in the bank. We usually keep a car 10+ years, but when we need to purchase again, Auto Park Ford will be our first stop. I would uhh, will recommend them to anyone that asks. More

I went to the dealership having an idea of what I wanted I was just nervous about having a pushy salesman. Honestly, the experience turned out to be great. Overall it was a good experience for us. It was interesting you could tell they have a much more scripted experience for the buyer as opposed to some of the smaller dealers where they toss It was interesting you could tell they have a much more scripted experience for the buyer as opposed to some of the smaller dealers where they toss you the keys and say, " Have a good time, let me know what you think when you get back." I suspect if someone else went in the next day they would have the same experience we did. They had a good price on the new to us vehicle and after some initial low balling came to what I thought was a fair price on our trade. They didn't try to stick us with a bunch of added on dealer equipment or fees like I've seen at some other dealers. They also were willing to do some extra work to save us from having to come back a second time (we were from out of town) which was appreciated. My only minor complaint was the vehicle had a fair number (~2000 ) more miles on it when we got there than was listed on the website, but I think this was probably just a minor oversight related to it being transferred from one of their other locations where it may have been being driven by someone. Overall I would not hesitate to go back or recommend them to someone else. More
