I am so fortunate that my closest Mazda dealership has excellent services. My sales rep was very patient in introducing my target vehicle and answered my consistent questions. Terrible service, don’t respond to phone calls and my car sat for 5 days in service while they tried to charge me for repairs to the “pre-certified” car I bought 4 months ago They promised me new mats whe sat for 5 days in service while they tried to charge me for repairs to the “pre-certified” car I bought 4 months ago They promised me new mats when I purchased the car but never delivered, I brought that up when the car in for repairs and they replaced only the front mats (they shipped me the others) The service needed light was on when I picked the car up from service and the video they sent me to go over the car check had music blaring so I could not hear a thing. I bought two cars from this dealer but never again! Ever More

Do not buy anything from here, i bought my car last October and recently was going to trade it in for a new car. They looked up the car fax and it showed that it was hit in 4 locations but when i got t October and recently was going to trade it in for a new car. They looked up the car fax and it showed that it was hit in 4 locations but when i got the car facts from Mazda they said it was clean and the carfax didn’t show that. Upon buying the bumper sticker out a bit they said they would fix it and called the next day saying it was ready, by the time i got home it was sticking out again and i texted the guy named Jose who sold the car and he said “have you hit anything?” Like it wasn’t an ongoing problem. The car was also missing a Jack and tire iron i called them and they said there was nothing they could do while i was stranded on the garden state parkway. So unless you like paying full amount for a clean car that was hit and being treated like overall trash don’t buy here. More
