Terrible service, don’t respond to phone calls and my car sat for 5 days in service while they tried to charge me for repairs to the “pre-certified” car I bought 4 months ago They promised me new mats whe sat for 5 days in service while they tried to charge me for repairs to the “pre-certified” car I bought 4 months ago They promised me new mats when I purchased the car but never delivered, I brought that up when the car in for repairs and they replaced only the front mats (they shipped me the others) The service needed light was on when I picked the car up from service and the video they sent me to go over the car check had music blaring so I could not hear a thing.
