Service department was great, but sales are too pushy. We were on vacation and had car issue. Service department was wonderful. Denny and Chico are the BEST!! My experience with sales department were totally opposite. I spent more time than I wanted, did not get a vehicle, or should I say almost. On day 1 purchased Nissan Rogue, but when we were transferring few items from old vehicle-bank "called off" the deal. ? On day 2 came back to refund my downpayment- ended up waiting ... waiting...on the process, which made us miss a trip to the Key West. Total disappointment!! More

New Titan I Purchased a new Titan and I had a truck insert that needed to be placed in the bed. With the help of Jose Jimenez and the mechanics in the back, th I Purchased a new Titan and I had a truck insert that needed to be placed in the bed. With the help of Jose Jimenez and the mechanics in the back, they placed the insert on my new truck. They did a wonderful job and Jose was extremely helpful on the whole process. I went back a few months later to get paperwork for tax purposes and Jose again helped me to get all that I needed in no time!
