I had such a great experience at DCH Paramus Honda and absolutely LOVE my beautiful new 2025 HR-V! Hamad Deeb really went above & beyond throughout the entire process! I am a single girl who had a terribl absolutely LOVE my beautiful new 2025 HR-V! Hamad Deeb really went above & beyond throughout the entire process! I am a single girl who had a terrible experience at another dealership, so I was hesitant and nervous to go through the car buying process again, but Hamad was very understanding and patient with me and guided me each step of the way. He found the exact car I wanted in another town and arranged to have it brought in and even came into work on his day off so that I could get the car as soon as possible! He also spent a lot of time explaining each and every feature of the vehicle with me to ensure I knew how to properly use all the safety & entertainment features. I also can't thank mechanic Anthony Colon enough for all of his help & guidance with my former vehicle that I traded in and his advice on purchasing the new HR-V! He is such a knowledgeable & trustworthy mechanic who genuinely cared to make sure I was safe! I definitely recommend asking for both of them at this dealership :) More

My daughter purchased a car there, whoever did the oil change didnt secure the oil lid under her car and while driving on Route 3 the lid came off, luckily she didnt get into an accident, she went to the change didnt secure the oil lid under her car and while driving on Route 3 the lid came off, luckily she didnt get into an accident, she went to the dealer and they claim she most have hit something and were charging her $380 to replace it, i called 3 times to be transfered by a bitter old lady they have as the operator to the manager Jose Hernandez who doesnt return phone calls, whrn i called a 4th time i was transfered to the service manager Michael Deanelis who refused to take my call and kept going back and forth with the person that answers the phone , how can you run a business like this, so if you decide to go to this dealer keep in mind that after they take your money and you walk out the door you are on your own, they dont take responsibility for their lack of self ethic More

Can't trust them I really wanted to have a good experience here and fully expected to. Unfortunately, my salesman Diego fed me flat out lies about the condition of the I really wanted to have a good experience here and fully expected to. Unfortunately, my salesman Diego fed me flat out lies about the condition of the used car I bought, i spent hours waiting at the dealership for my car and had to come back the next day because the work that was supposed to be done to it was never done and even then when i picked it up some of the work wasn't complete. John who tried selling me a warranty package promised me information about work done on the car that he never delivered and also lied to me about having 30 days to bring my car back if there were problems with it. He also failed to provide me the proper paperwork i was promised when picking up my car. When i questioned the missing information i was told that they couldn't provide it but i could see the information on the car fax they finally gave me after several phone calls. When i read the car fax, the dealership has reported false information about what work was done to the car as some of the items they listed as completed, were not done. After taking the car to be looked at at another honda dealership i found out that the car needs all new shock assemblies, the breaks i was promised were brand new were not in fact the back brakes were so bad i have to get the work done asap. Finally, i called the sales director Jose and he let me know i did in fact have 30 days to bring any issues to the dealership and promised to called me to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. This was on monday, i have left messages for him every day for the last 6 days and he has not answered or returned my call. Maybe this place is good for buying new cars but their customer service is awful and they tell you flat out lies about the car you are purchasing just to sell it to you. They also lie about your options just to sell you a warranty. They were paid in full for the car and now i have to spend an additional $2000 to $3000 to fix the car. Don't trust these people you will be very disappointed. More
