Our family has leased 13 vehicles with Strong VW and have always had an excellent experience doing business with them. Tony Glavas is amazing and has taken care of us since we leased our first car with them always had an excellent experience doing business with them. Tony Glavas is amazing and has taken care of us since we leased our first car with them, and we value the relationship we’ve built with him over the years. We highly recommend Strong VW. We have never felt pressured like we were at previous dealerships and have been very satisfied with every transaction we’ve had. More

Billy Mead at Strong VW is seriously the best! I had an issue with my upholstery and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I regret to inform you that my recent customer service experience was far from satisfactory. During my visit, I had the unfortunate encounter with the Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Wyatt Bryson. I must experience was far from satisfactory. During my visit, I had the unfortunate encounter with the Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Wyatt Bryson. I must share that he displayed a level of rudeness and disrespect that left me deeply disappointed. What added to my disappointment was the feeling of discrimination I experienced based on my accent and ethnicity during the interaction. In addition to the issue with Mr. Bryson’s behavior, I have concerns regarding the inspection of my vehicle. I am uncertain if the required inspection was conducted properly, and this further contributes to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. More

I took my car in at 20,000 miles for an oil change and they told us due to my car being built during Covid they used cheap parts and my breaks are bad and wearing weird we needed to get them checked out . they told us due to my car being built during Covid they used cheap parts and my breaks are bad and wearing weird we needed to get them checked out .. I asked how long we had they said until 24,000 miles so I made an appointment within my warranty time had them checked they told me they were perfectly fine and not wearing at all they (a manager) was not sure why we were told this.. took my car in for my 30,000 mile oil change and the gentleman told me my breaks are bad and needed to be checked again so again I make an appointment for this past Saturday where they said yes indeed my breaks need to be changed and it will be $300.00.. So my breaks went from perfectly fine to needing to be changed within 5,000 miles?? I requested a manager call me, because I don’t feel I am responsible for this cost as I did everything I was suppose to do and keep getting the run around from everyone including management.. I tried to call today and nobody in service will answer and the manager who’s number I have I am suppose to talk to, his voicemail is full.. I called again and I can get ahold of sales but nobody in service.. They are not happy to help and I am beyond frustrated at the level of customer service I am getting or lack there of.. Also I never get a loaner vehicle so being a VIP customer is a complete waste of time More
