They sold me a 2021 Chrysler Certified Pacifica that had supposedly been through a 125 point inspection. When I took possession I found two obvious broken components. The dealer refused to pay for the cost supposedly been through a 125 point inspection. When I took possession I found two obvious broken components. The dealer refused to pay for the cost I incurred to fix the components. They ignored my repeated communications. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the Idaho Attorney General Office. More

Scammers, don’t check the used vehicles they sell. Hardly capable of servicing cars in a timely matter let alone fixing covered issues under warranty. Worst place to buy a car ever. I thought I was getting a good deal with warranties that cover everything and car was delivered with everything ready to sign. Took my car in for a r I thought I was getting a good deal with warranties that cover everything and car was delivered with everything ready to sign. Took my car in for a repair was told warranty coved it 100%. I was excited then had to wait two months for the part. Scheduled the service and took it to their dealership in another town again to he told I was lied to and it would cost 1500 to fix it that my warranty would not cover anything and there was nothing they could do about the guy they hired lying to me and that he had done it to a lot of other people too. There was nothing they could do to fix it. I took my car somewhere else for the same repair for less than half the price. Definitely will never do business with them again and don’t recommend anyone else to them either. More

So I got a cash offer from Kelly Blue Book for over 8k for my car. This was the dealership the site suggested. I got in touch with them and they asked for pictures. They said it should be at least 7500 for my car. This was the dealership the site suggested. I got in touch with them and they asked for pictures. They said it should be at least 7500 after the pictures arrived. I asked Marcus if he was sure as it's a two hour drive from my home. Yeah no problem. I get there and they change the offer to 6000. I get that you have a business to run. You made the offer. I made my review of the dealership on Google and got back a polite request to reach out to the GM Jose. I call and leave a voicemail. No response. I update the review and get another response saying hey please reach back out. I call two more times and speak with Marcus and (I believe) Blake. Three calls to talk to you about this and while you're responding publicly the customer service seems to have failed. More
