Your group of people have no customer service skills and no team work. Eating on the job instead of using break rooms. Management not communicating with customers or with employees. Poor communication cause no team work. Eating on the job instead of using break rooms. Management not communicating with customers or with employees. Poor communication causes problems. My air conditioner is not working properly and since the night I drove it off the lot. I’ve been very busy and feel I’ll get lousy service again. I’ve mentioned about our experience the day we bought the Truck and nobody ever or has offered anything. Sad and frustrated! More

I was honestly surprised how upfront and easy to work with they were. Even though it is in the fine print, all the fees are listed. And not outrageous compared to other dealers, some who try to hide them with they were. Even though it is in the fine print, all the fees are listed. I did my research, shopped other dealers and feel like a got a good deal without the nonsense. More

The salesman I bought the ruck from was a nice guy but lacked product knowledge. I had a small issue and called the service department 2 times the person talked to couldn’t help me and told she would hav lacked product knowledge. I had a small issue and called the service department 2 times the person talked to couldn’t help me and told she would have a service technician call me back. You guessed it. Nobody called me back. Needless to say I was a little fired up. The next day I drove to the dealership (35 miles each way) when I drove up a nice young man (Jose Gonzalez) greeted me and if he could help me. I asked to talk to the salesman who sold me the vehicle. The salesman was off. Again he asked me if he could help me. I told what the issue was and he took the time to explain everything and the issue was fixed. The point is even though my experience with the salesman and especially the service department wasn’t good I would recommend Jose to anyone who wanted to purchase a Chevrolet. He was very knowledgeable and an asset to your dealership..after my experience with Jose I would change my rating to 5 stars ⭐️ only because of Jose. More
